Managing Description Sets

It is possible, using the manage descritpion (MDESC) command to link a number of different descriptions (Long, short and body) together and then have them applied with a single command.

Prerequisites

This is a slightly more complicated command than many and it expected that you have set up a long, short and body descriptions before trying this - to see more on those checkout the guide here.

Short Descriptions Long Descriptions Body Descriptions

Overview of Command

Step 1 Enter the command 'MDESC SET'

This will take you into the command and present you with a list of any existing description sets you may have configured. When you first enter the command it will be empty as follows.

			Set ID (Short, Long, Body)

			Select: (A)dd (M)odify (U)se (D)elete [Name] (F)ull or e(X)it:

Add - This allows you to add a new description set.
Modify - This allows you to modify an existing description set.
Use - This allows you to use an existing description set.
Delete [Name] - This allows you to delete an existing description set.
Full - This changes the view to give more data about your description set. deprecated
eXit - Exits the command.

Adding a new description set.

Taking option A at the prompt you will be asked to enter a description and then to enter a short, body and long description from your existing descriptions (see prerequisites above). In the example below anything after an angle bracket is input from the user.

			Save set description as :
			>Bunny
Choose from BLACK BUNNY NORMAL QUICK
			Save short description as :
			>Bunny

			Choose from BUNNY NORMAL SBUNNY
			Save body description as :
			>Bunny

			Choose from BUNNY DEFAULT OLD
			Save long description as :
			>Bunny
			Set ID (Short, Long, Body)
			BUNNY (BUNNY, BUNNY, BUNNY)

So we now have a description set called bunny, which uses the short description 'Bunny' long description 'Bunny' and body description 'Bunny'. Note these are the shortcut codes not actual descriptions!

Modifying a new description set.

To modify the specific descriptions, e.g. you spot a typo in your long description, refer to the linked items in the prerequisites above - but if you want to change which items are linked you can take option Modify.

			Choose description to work with:
			>black

Choose from BLACK BUNNY NORMAL QUICK
			Save short description as :
			>Bunny

			Choose from BUNNY NORMAL SBUNNY
			Save body description as :
			>Bunny

			Choose from BUNNY DEFAULT OLD
			Save long description as :
			>Bunny

			Set ID (Short, Long, Body)
			BUNNY (BLACK, BUNNY, BUNNY)

			Select: (A)dd (M)odify (U)se (D)elete [Name] (F)ull or e(X)it:

We now have a description set that uses 'BLACK' short description instead of bunny.

Using a description set

There are two ways to do this - you can enter the command MDESC SETNAME, e.g. MDESC BUNNY and it will switch your descriptions or you can enter the command and take the Use command and enter the name of the set you wish to use.

Deleting a description set

Enter the command and take the Dse command and enter the name of the set you wish to delete. This will not delete the descriptions themselves, only the links for the set you selected.

Vital Statistics

There is some functionality in the roleplay configuration options. When dropping into the vital statistics options there are two options help configure different values based on race.

4) Set Cup.
5) Set Length.
6) Set Girth.
7) Set Ejaculate.
8) Set Testicles.
Enter a selection: (RETURN to exit)

If from this menu you take option 0 (Zero) you will be asked to Pick a Race: any subsequent changes to the vital stats will be linked to that race. For example entering elf here will show as follows:
